ORDERING
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
If you have a TOTALPACK.com profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
If you don't have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it
For international orders, please call 1-305-357-0109 or check your order history on Borderfree, our international delivery partner.
HOW DO I KNOW IF ORDERING ONLINE IS SECURE?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ITEM IS BACKORDERED?
Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.
TAPE ORDERING
CAN I EMAIL MY ARTWORK?
Yes, you can send us an email with the artwork attached.
Please, make sure you put the order number in the subject of the email for us to link your order artwork with your order.
WILL YOU CONFIRM MY ARTWORK?
After the order is placed and we have your artwork ready to print, we will email you with a tape confirmation. Which you must sign, in order to proceed with your order.If the order is not signed, we WILL NOT process your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY TAPE ORDER?
Normally tape orders take 7-10 business days to print (after artwork is approved with signature) and 3-5 businesss days to ship.
High volume orders require extra time; for 50 cases, it would take about 10-15 business days and 100 cases would take about 15-20 business days.
We can also process your order rush for extra fee, just let us know via our contact page or as a message in the order and we will let you know all the detatils.
IS THERE A PLATE CHARGE?
There is no plate charge on any tape order.
IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR PRINTING IN 1, 2 OR 3 INKS?
There is no extra charge for printing for 1, 2 or 3 colors.
DOES THE TAPE COLOR COUNTS AS AN INK?
No, we don't consider the actual tape color as an ink.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PRINTING IN CUSTOM COLORS?
Custom colors (PMS) can be processed for a $25 fee per ink.
I'M CONFUSED ABOUT CREATING, SENDING OR UPLOADING MY ARTWORK, CAN TOTALPACK HELP ME?
Absolutely, we have graphic designers ready to help you, on creating or revising your artwork with your approval. (We will do this at no extra charge).
I AM VERY CONCERENED ABOUT THE LOW PRICES AND I'M WORRIED ABOUT THE QUALITY.
We are able to offer low priced printed tape, because we are the manufacturer and distributor.
Our tapes match exactly the specifications, we list in our website TOTALPACK.com.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2.0 MIL AND 2.5 MIL?
Mil is the thickness of the tape. The more thickness, the stronger the tape is.
The most common Mil is 2.0, this type of Mil is used for normal use. Like small packaging and home use.
The 2.5 is heavy duty, this kind of thickness is more for commercial packaging.
DOES TOTALPACK PRINTS THE TAPE IN-HOUSE OR DOES IT GET PRINTED SOMEWHERE ELSE?
TOTALPACK has all the machinery needed to print your tape order in our warehouse.
We DO NOT print with a 3rd party vendor, we do everything ourselves.
THE HEIGHT OF MY TAPE IS NOT AS ADVERTISED, WHY?
This is an industry standard sizing property.
Here is the true size:
2" x 55 Yds tape = 1.889" x 55 Yds tape (true size)
3" x 110 Yds tape = 2.83" x 55 Yds tape (true size)
HOW MUCH TAPE DO I NEED FOR MY PROJECT?
Just to give you an idea....
A roll of 2" x 110 Yds to pack about 30 – 60 boxes, it all depends on much tape you use for each box. Sometimes people double tape their boxes….

PAYMENTS & TAXES
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?
TOTALPACK accepts the following:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Discover Network and PayPal.
At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-305-357-0109.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for international orders. Gift Cards are not accepted at this time. For more details, see international orders.
DO YOU OFFER A CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM?

WILL YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
The actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. TOTALPACK strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
States & U.S. Territory Where TOTALPACK Collects Sales Taxes
Orders shipped to AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.
States Where TOTALPACK Does Not Collect Sales Taxes
TOTALPACK does not collect sales or use taxes in all states. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.
You may have a tax obligation in states where TOTALPACK does not collect sales tax. Details of how to report these taxes may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
We are not accepting Tax-Exempt orders at the moment.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We offer differnet types of shipping options at the cart and checkout.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Yes. For information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy. For orders shipped internationally, you'll need to contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A SHIPMENT?
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
COUPONS, PROMOTIONS & SALES
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code, and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR PROMOTIONS?
Promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands, a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts. Promotional offers do not apply to international orders.

DOES YOUR SITE USE POP-UP ADVERTISING?
We only have 1 promotion that would pop up on your screen, which is a free tape dispenser on orders over $200.
TOTALPACK.com does not participate in any other pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is most likely due to an adware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music websites.
HOW CAN I CONTACT TOTALPACK ABOUT A POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT WEBSITE OR EMAIL?
Recently, there has been an increase in the number of websites and emails that try to lure customers into providing personal information. Often these emails or websites solicit charitable donations under the name of reputable companies or offer Gift Cards in return for information. TOTALPACK does not solicit charitable donations in this way, sponsor these websites, nor are we affiliated with the site operators.
