This Policy explains how TOTALPACK, Inc. ("TOTALPACK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit totalpack.com, contact us, or buy from us.

"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household.

TOTALPACK is a wholesale distributor of packaging, shipping, janitorial, warehouse, and air cargo supplies, based in Miami, Florida. We sell within the United States only. Most of the information we handle relates to business accounts and the people who place orders on their behalf.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact and account information: name, company name, job title, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and the username and password for your totalpack.com account.
Order information: the products you buy, quantities, purchase order numbers, delivery instructions, and order history.
Payment information: your billing address and the payment method used. Card details are entered on and processed by our payment provider. TOTALPACK does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
Business account information: resale or tax exemption certificates, credit application details, and trade references, where you apply for an account with terms.
Custom order artwork: logos, design files, and proof approvals you send us or upload through our tape personalizer for printed tape, labels, and other custom products.
Saved lists: items you add to your cart or wish list while signed in.
Communications: what you tell us by email, phone, web form, live chat, or catalog request, including quote requests and support inquiries.
Newsletter sign-up: the email address you submit to receive our news and deals.

Information collected automatically

Device and browsing information: IP address, general location derived from that address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring page, pages viewed, products viewed, searches run on our site, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and similar technologies: see Cookies, analytics, and advertising.

Information from other sources

Our payment processor, which tells us whether a transaction was authorized and confirms the billing address.
Shipping carriers and freight partners, for delivery status and address corrections.
Fraud prevention and address validation services.
Publicly available business information used to verify a commercial account.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license or government ID numbers, health information, or biometric data. Please do not send it to us.

How we use information

Process, fulfill, ship, and invoice your orders, and handle returns and exchanges.
Create and maintain your account, including saved addresses, wish lists, and order history.
Prepare quotes, review credit applications, apply tax exemptions, and manage business accounts.
Produce custom orders and confirm artwork proofs before production.
Respond to your questions and provide customer service.
Send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and invoices.
Send marketing email about products and promotions, where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Measure and improve how our website and catalog perform, and understand which products and pages are useful to customers.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, including recordkeeping for hazardous material labeling and placards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

Service providers that work on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose: website hosting and maintenance, payment processing, shipping carriers and freight partners, email and marketing platforms, website analytics, live chat and customer support tools, and our accounting and order management systems.
Manufacturers and suppliers, when an order ships directly from them or a product claim requires it.
Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and similar technologies used on our website. Some state privacy laws treat this kind of disclosure as "sharing" for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. You can opt out as described in Your privacy choices.
Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, and safety of TOTALPACK, our customers, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, remember your cart, and secure checkout. The site will not work correctly without them.
Analytics cookies help us count visits, see which pages and products are used, and find errors.
Advertising cookies, set by us or by advertising partners, may be used to show TOTALPACK ads to you on other websites and to measure whether those ads lead to orders.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie preferences available on our site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from working.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt that browser out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Do Not Track. Browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor GPC as described above.

Your privacy choices

Marketing email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or email us at websupport@totalpack.com. We will still send transactional messages about your orders and account.
Targeted advertising: to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, decline advertising cookies in our cookie preferences, or email websupport@totalpack.com with the subject line "Do Not Share My Personal Information."
Phone and text: tell any TOTALPACK representative if you prefer not to receive sales calls, and we will note it on your account. If you receive a text message from us, reply STOP to opt out.
Account information: sign in to your totalpack.com account to review and update your contact details, addresses, and password.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
Receive a copy of that information in a portable format.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction, providing a product you asked for, or meeting a legal, tax, or accounting obligation.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
Not receive different prices or service because you exercised these rights.

To make a request, email websupport@totalpack.com or call 1-305-597-9955, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Please tell us which right you want to exercise.

We will confirm your identity before responding, usually by verifying details associated with your account or a recent order. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if they provide written permission from you. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.

If we decline a request, we will explain why. You may ask us to review that decision by replying to our response.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections across our website, access controls that limit who can see customer records, and a payment provider that handles card data so it does not reach our own systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can help protect your account by using a strong, unique password, keeping it confidential, and signing out after using a shared computer.

TOTALPACK will never ask for your password or full payment card number by email, text, or unsolicited phone call. If you receive a message that appears to come from us and seems suspicious, do not respond to it and call us at 1-305-597-9955.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it, then delete it or remove the details that identify you:

Orders, invoices, and tax records: at least seven years, to meet tax, accounting, and audit requirements.
Account information: for as long as your account is open, and for up to three years after it becomes inactive.
Custom artwork and proofs: up to three years, so you can reorder the same design.
Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Website and analytics logs: up to twenty-four months.
Customer service messages: up to three years.

We may keep information longer where a legal claim, dispute, or investigation requires it.

Other websites and services

Our website, blog, and communications link to sites we do not operate, including shipping carriers, manufacturers, and our pages on Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct our products or marketing to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email websupport@totalpack.com and we will delete it.

United States only

TOTALPACK sells and ships within the United States only, and our website is intended for visitors in the United States. Access from outside the United States is blocked, and we do not knowingly offer goods or services to, or collect personal information from, people in other countries. Personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the effective date below. Material changes affecting information we already collected will be handled as required by law.
