TOTALPACK® 96 x 125" Used PMC Air Cargo Aluminum Pallet, 229 lb Tare Weight and 15000 lb Max Gross Weight, Applicable Aircraft; DC8, DC-10, MD-11, 747, 757, 767, L1011, A300
The TOTALPACK® 96" x 125" Used Aluminum Air Cargo Pallet is the industry standard for secure and efficient aviation logistics, built to the rigorous specifications required for international freight. This all-metal pallet features a high-strength base plate made from Alcoa rolled and certified 7075-T6 aluminum, which is riveted to 6351-T6 aluminum alloy edge rails. This construction, combined with the most rigid hollow rails and high-strength corner castings, ensures the pallet remains durable and cost-effective even under the heavy demands of aircraft cargo environments.
Designed for operational ease, the pallet includes continuous track holes along the perimeter of the edge rails to allow for the quick and secure attachment of nets or tie-down straps. The high-profile rail design is a key feature for warehouse management, allowing serial numbers to be easily read while pallets are in a stacked configuration. With a manufacturing legacy of over 100,000 units, these pallets offer a reliable, world-class solution for transporting cargo with confidence.
The all-metal pallet was first introduced to the industry in 1968 and remains the international standard in all pallet and container base applications.
While the basic design cannot be enhanced, the operational design is constantly being improved.
This most current version incorporates the most rigid hollow rail ever offered and high strength corner castings.
The base plate is a single sheet of Alcoa rolled and certified 7075-T6 aluminum riveted to high strength 6351-T6 aluminum alloy edge rails.
Continuous track holes along the perimeter of the edge rails allow for easy net or strap attachment.
The high profile rails enable serial numbers to be read when pallets are stacked.
Manufacturer’s choice of materials and its experience of having manufactured over 100,000 units make our pallets the most durable, cost effective aircraft cargo pallets in the world.
